Aileron Hinges riveted
Used sockets to press the bearings into the hinge brackets as described in the manual. I successfully used 11mm and 15mm (the manual suggest 14mm but that would demand a very precise placement)
Finished with riveting the bracket assemblies together.

Lots of deburring
My controller visited tonight, got lots done, almost ready for priming, started with dimpling the rear spars but I did not have the memory card available during that time.

Ribs on Spars
Most of the ribs are now attached to the spars. During the day I spent an hour cleaning the garage and putting up some more shelves.
Then I clecoed the ribs to the spars, attached the bolts and nuts and torqued them as described in chapter 5. I used 4.7Nm.

Ribs on spars
Removed the bolts, fitted the ribs on the spars in preparation for match drilling.
I miss one rib, will order from Vans. I do not understand how I missed this during inventory. When I look at older pictures I can se that I never had the correct amount of W1011R.
